GBU-38 是美國空軍（USAF）的 Mk-82 航空炸彈 JDAM 升級型。
JDAM 是低成本的套件，可把傳統的 Mk-82（BLU-111）、Mk-83（BLU-110）、Mk-84（BLU-117）、BLU-109、BLU-116 等投擲炸彈升級為精準彈藥，由經 GPS 修正的慣性導航系統導引，並可全天候使用。
GBU-38 is a JDAM upgrade of the Mk-82 aircraft bomb for the United States Air Force (USAF).
The JDAM are low-cost kits for upgrading conventional Mk-82 (BLU-111), Mk-83 (BLU-110), Mk-84 (BLU-117), BLU-109, BLU-116, etc. drop bombs into precision munitions, which are guided by a GPS-corrected inertial navigation system. All-weather use is possible.
