RS-2US 飛彈是 RS-2U 飛彈的改良型，也是 K-5 空對空飛彈系列的最後一款改型。RS-2US 於 1959 年投入生產，70 年代後期最新的 Su-9 攔截機退出作戰序列時一併退役。

The RS-2US missile was an improved variant of the RS-2U missile and the last modification in the K-5 air-to-air missile family. The RS-2US entered production in 1959 and were taken from service in the late 70's when latest Su-9 interceptors were removed from operational status.
